Our Commitment:

Canty Bay crafts waterproof jackets. Every piece is made with care, and our customer experience reflects that same attention to detail. Whether you’re shopping a limited drop or reaching out with a question, we’re here to support you—personally and professionally.

 

Orders & Shipping:  

- Limited Drops: Our collections are released in small batches. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. They often sellout before getting to the website.

- Pre-orders: Limited drops are usually available for pre-order. Estimated delivery dates will be shared by email.

- Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days. During peak periods, allow up to 10 days.  

- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

 

Returns & Exchanges:  

Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, we offer store credit or exchange only.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 14 days of delivery.  

- Exchanges are subject to availability—we’ll do our best to accommodate.  

- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Packaging & Presentation:

Every Canty Bay delivery is designed to feel special.

Jackets come in a tote bag with a fabric swatch tied to the handle representing the exact jacket you bought.
